Tip is a teacher, facilitator, coach and teacher to leadership teams. He enjoyed a career as an independent trusted advisor to hundreds of leaders on teams at over 100 companies since 2001. His constructive approach accelerates the velocity of growth, building traction, teamwork and innovation.

Clarity brings freedom. What’s required is awareness that creativity thrives in structure, progress comes in increments, confidence only grows through practice, and commitment fuels the journey. It’s hard work, but it’s worth it.

Tip’s professional background includes marketing, sales, technical training, experiential education and university teaching. He is a Founding Member of Pinnacle Business Guides. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master’s degree in organizational development and human resource management from the University of Illinois. He is a former instructor with the North Carolina Outward Bound School.

When not asking questions, Tip’s interests include reading, guitar, cooking, jazz music, movies and sharing ideas. He lives in Grosse Pointe, Michigan with his wife Samantha – a successful independent technical recruiter focused on IT and engineering – as well as two Labrador retrievers, Gershwin and Seuss.
