As co-founder of two companies, AH HA facilitation and consultation and IdeaConnect tools, workshops and training for facilitative leaders, Susannah Childers’ work helps clients connect knowledge and experiences to drive innovation and discovery. Susannah is a lifelong learner, continuously seeking new adventures through experiences like travel and knowledge. She immerses herself in learning about leadership, organizational development, facilitation, creativity and innovation. She enables individuals and groups to do more together by seeing patterns and systems, and realizing their true potential. She uses her client-side perspective to think together about where they are and where they want to be, to help create foundations for future possibilities. Susannah has a BA in economics and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Northwestern University. Susannah began her career at Helene Curtis (now Unilever) and worked for Procter & Gamble, connecting teams and driving learning and innovation.
