Susan (Sue) Snyder is a consultant in educational change, arts-integrated curriculum, creativity and inventive thinking skills, and developmentally appropriate educational designs that build intellectual curiosity, self-reliance, flexibly literate individuals, collaborative capacity, and democratic learning communities. She is president of IDEAS: Inventive Designs for Education and the ArtS, a consulting and publishing company dedicated to effective change through supporting the art of exceptional teaching and learning. Snyder is an author for McGraw-Hill Education, and has developed Total Learning, an online platform and approach to professional development for K-4 classroom teachers. She recently published her first novel, Nine Rubies: Broken Silence of a Daughter of Revolutionary Iran, with Mahru Ghashghaei.
