Susan Robertson's mission is to sharpen innovative thinking to produce real results. Her specialty is eliciting people’s best thinking, whether training and coaching creativity and innovation, facilitating workshops and meetings, delivering keynotes, or designing innovation processes. Some of the world’s largest corporations call on Robertson to consult with them on innovation initiatives, strategy, and culture. She has a particular expertise and unique methodology in customer co-creation. Clients include Georgia Pacific, Kellogg, P&G, Kimberly Clark, Bank of America, Chase, Pfizer, Novartis, Pizza Hut, Starbuck’s, HGTV, The Discovery Channel, AT&T, PPG, Spaulding Hospital, and Sprint. Robertson teaches creative thinking at Harvard University and speaks frequently across the United States and around the world. She was a keynote speaker at the NASA John F. Kennedy Space Center Innovation Expo, and has spoken in places as diverse as South Africa, Italy, South Korea, Sweden, the U.K., China, France, Brazil, Mexico, and Greece.
