Richard Toker is a solutions-focused management consultant, facilitator and trainer. Since launching Rich Content in 2008, he has worked with clients to develop their internal marketing and management skills, and facilitated group dialogue at a diverse range of organizations including CBC, Public Health Ontario, Canada Post, Tangerine, and Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation. As an independent communications consultant, Toker has a wide portfolio, from direct and digital communications for major restaurant chains to the development of a customer lifecycle eCRM program for a global PC manufacturer. He is trained in Creative Problem Solving, and certified to deliver FourSight. He currently teaches and facilitates applied creativity and innovation for the Institute of Communication Agencies, and for the Canadian Marketing Association, where he chairs the education committee. He brings insight in marketing management and user experience on brands such as CARA, American Express, HP, IBM, HSBC, Pitney Bowes, Fuji, Goodyear, Lexus, Telus, Ontario Lottery, and Scotiabank.
