Renee Paser-Paull has been attending CPSI for 17 years and has been a leader for 11 of those years. She is the founder of Soaring Pathways, with a mission to transform trauma survivors into thrivers. She uses her own personal experiences and insight, along with her degrees in early childhood, elementary and adult education, and her certifications in laughter yoga, LEGO Serious Play, and Creative Problem Solving to provide information, inspiration and powerful tools through her speaking, coaching and training. Paser-Paull is also a voice actor, an emcee, and dabbles in improv. She is a proud and active member of the Global Speaker Federation, the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, Toastmasters International, and her local school board. She shares her home and her love of dancing, travel and volleyball with her husband, Mike, and their teenage son, Ray.
