Experiencing CPSI in 1971, Min Basadur became a lifelong friend and colleague of Sid Parnes, developing Sid’s research and teachings into real-world application. At Procter & Gamble, Basadur created a corporate-wide applied creativity consulting practice that continues to thrive today as the P&G GYM. Basadur received three United States patents and earned an award-winning doctorate in industrial organizational psychology at the University of Cincinnati. He founded Basadur Applied Creativity, building a unique body of knowledge to validate the Simplexity methodology and tools in real-world industry applications. Basadur has published in top peer-reviewed scientific and industry journals. His Simplexity Thinking system and the Basadur Innovation Profile are used globally by major organizations, including eBay, Microsoft, BASF, Procter & Gamble, Frito Lay, and John Deere, among many others. He’s the author of The Power of Innovation, and Design-Centered Entrepreneurship, and teaches in MBA programs in Asia and Europe and for the Directors College of the Conference Board of Canada.
