Michelle Korenfeld

Raising Creative Thinkers
Manager
Michelle Korenfeld is a lifelong creativity educator, author, poet and painter, offering a unique interdisciplinary method of fostering creative thinking and appreciation for nature, environment, science and art. Her mission is to provide all children with the kind of education she practiced at the Dr. Erica Landau Institute for Gifted Students in Tel Aviv. Her book about fostering elementary and middle school students’ creative thinking is based on conversations with Moshe Rishpon, who established the Clore Garden of Science, and the Weizmann Institute’s Science-Oriented Youth Department. Creative Children Like the Animals of the World is the result of Korenfeld 's life research and raising her two daughters. Her mission is to help educators and families prevent the stifling of children's creativity by education, help children respond to their need to learn about the world, challenge children’s minds to create, and mentor children to fulfill their individual creative potential.
