A graduate of International Center for Studies in Creativity, Louise Neilson is one of the few mediators in the U.S. with a master's degree in creativity. For more than 25 years, she has combined her knowledge, skills, and intuition to find creative solutions to difficult conflicts. She mediates workplace and interpersonal disputes, including for the U.S. Postal Service, and the City of Portland Police Bureau. She also taught conflict management, negotiation, mediation process, and conflict and creativity courses at Marylhurst University and Portland State University. Neilson is currently a creative strategist and senior mediator with Range Mediation and Consulting in the Portland metropolitan area. She is a qualified administrator of the MBTI, and Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI), and the author of "Mediating with Picasso: Relying on Your Inherent Creativity When You Need It Most."
