Lindsay McDonald

FreshEye Thinking
Principal
Toronto, ON Canada
From “Compost Queen” to composer to community animator, Lindsay approaches her work with curiosity, a sense of possibility and intention. Lindsay has co-founded a gardening product business, started community-based initiatives, designed peer-to-peer action-learning workshops and led creative thinking workshops. As a facilitator, Lindsay designs her sessions using Creative Problem Solving, Liberating Structures, Systems Thinking, Action Learning and a little intuition. From designing better meetings, to shaping new initiatives, to helping clients get unstuck, Lindsay brings that magic mix of “tried and true” to “eye-opening and new”. A favorite quote? “Approach your work as though it were a piece of Art. Yourself, an Artist. Your customer, the audience. Your competition, your teachers.”
