Craig Kosinski

Corporate/Museum Creativity Consultant
Craig Kosinski started building models at seven years old. He was one of the first graduates of the master’s program in creative studies at Buffalo State College, and later earned another master’s in arts management from the University at Buffalo. His early-career contributions of model building for a project with renowned Southwest artist Malcolm Furlow propelled a 30-year career in the museum exhibit field. His most creatively inspiring moments came when he closely worked with nearly 10,000 museum-grade artifacts and specimens before putting them on public display. Combining his model building and creative studies backgrounds, he saw artifacts as inventions that resulted from a creative process. Kosinski subsequently developed his own creativity techniques, which will be featured in his forthcoming book, ReCraft Your Creativity: Improve Your Problem Solving Skills Using Play, Art and Craft. The book combines lessons from his museum career, his work as an artist, and his collaborations with other artists. He continues to serve museums and businesses through group facilitation, Creative Problem Solving, and project management.
