Come and experience the intersection of two great creative processes• Osborn-Parnes' Creative Problem Solving process and Otto Scharmer's Theory U "Leading from the Emerging Future" concepts. This dynamic and experiential session explores how Theory U interfaces with CPS to increase your creative leadership capacity. Discover how the three main principles of Theory U – Open Mind, Open Heart and Open Will – enrich and complement the CPS experience.Theory U is an awareness-based leadership process that invites us to reflect on and cultivate our strengths while simultaneously asking us to address our internal resistors of judgment, cynicism and fear. This process shifts us to clear thought, heightened emotional intelligence and courageous action, while increasing our capacity to lead positive individual, team
and community system change. Using the arts with reflective and interactive team activities, you will discover tools to amplify your curiosity,
compassion and courage and launch you toward your emerging future! You will:
• Expand your knowledge about Theory U, creating a synergistic relationship to Deep CPS Practice.
• Apply Deep CPS concepts and leadership practices personally and/or professionally.
• Learn Theory U strategies and the CPS process tools to kick-start a future theory YoU.

Experience a world-class method integrating analytical and imaginative thinking to create better, more-robust business strategies applicable to any complex problem, such as increasing sales or creating a better education system. Learn tangible tools you can use in the real world.You will:
• Uncover real root causes and discover new hidden opportunities in complex problems leading to new insights on how to innovate.
• Normalize the effect of organizational levels or the loudest voices in the room in service of true problem understanding from ALL content experts.
• Create an explicit logic map connecting actionable tactics to strategic pillars to broad strategic vision as a better way to articulate a robust business strategy with ownership.

Theory U is replete with creative exercises with its focus on systems change. Discover the creative foundational elements of Theory U, which will entice you to think big – to amplify your creative work to the level of systems change. In this experiential workshop you will:
• Leave knowing some core creative components in Theory U.
• Have a road map of the “U” process to apply.
• Discover the aspirational applications of Theory U.

And in our world of creativity, appreciation of the wonder of it all is critical. In this experiential and interactive workshop, we will share fresh and exciting ways to appreciate ourselves, our families, friends, colleagues and clients. We will increase and truly amplify our creative sensitivities by exploring ways to overcome the obstacles that get in the way of this essential part of our human nature, appreciation. Our time together will be an “Ahhhh” experience, guaranteed to touch your soul and put a smile on your face with the goal of getting to IT, the true appreciation of what life is all about. You will:
• Explore and discover exciting ways of appreciating our natural and human environment.
• Recognize the obstacles that get in the way of our appreciation of all that surrounds us.
• Learn practical ways of overcoming those obstacles.
