EXT0704 Simple. Nimble. Quick.
It’s a world full of scary buzzwords out there … disruptive innovation leading to transformational change resulting in agile organizations (or alternatively, gastric upset and stress). Most organizations and their leaders feel confused and left behind, knowing they’re still on the hook to grow and deliver BUT in an environment where the rules are anything but certain. This sometimes-provocative, no-nonsense session challenges you to think differently about the change you need to be to stay relevant to your customers, while getting ahead by uncovering the simple things that start-ups do to stay nimble and quick in a constantly changing world. You will:
• Learn why the whole world had better get nimble. Quick.
• Understand the core elements of a nimble organization from what we know about new ventures.
• Discover simple ways to begin creating more nimble organizations.
