I have worked at Valencia College in Orlando, FL for 20 years where my love of learning and development has grown working in Student Development, with Faculty Development, and as a Professor of Communication. Now, I work as a facilitator, trainer, and thought-partner in the areas of deliberate creativity, collaboration, and organizational development. I'm lucky to have the unique opportunity to focus on engaging college faculty and staff in discovering and designing ways to use creative thinking and collaboration to positively impact the success of students. When not working, I spend my free time dancing in my kitchen with my son and traveling any chance I get.
