We’ll interactively explore the work of Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandless's invitation to make structural changes in the way we work in order to engage everyone and harness the collaborative and creative power of the group. You will:
• Discover the microstructures and principles of Liberating Structures.
• Experience several hands-on Liberating Structures activities.
• Explore how Liberating Structures complements Creative Problem Solving.
