3D modeling, rooted in Theory U and systems thinking, is a highly participatory, collaborative strategy for clarifying assumptions, uncovering problems, and creating shared meaning. We’ll share how we have used simple crafting and prototyping supplies as a way to enhance collaboration in our organization. You will:

• Engage in a hands-on modeling experience.
