Come and learn how to apply the Torrance Incubation Model (TIM) – an innovative approach to teaching, training and facilitating – as well as a deliberate way for integrating research-based creativity skills into other content. Through a series of activities, you will learn more about the TIM model and:
• Experience and embody creativity skills used in TIM.
• Discover how to connect content skills and goals with creativity skills and goals.
• Apply at least three creative qualities that contribute to making a great teacher, presenter or facilitator.
• Examine ways TIM can strengthen your own creative behavior and enhance your delivery of teaching, training and facilitating activities.
