Add new tools to your Creative Problem Solving tool kit so that you can skillfully analyze and manage conflicts. If you are leading innovation, chances are you are leading change. Even the most positive change initiatives can be disruptive. Interpersonal, intergroup and/or multilevel organizational conflicts can erupt without warning, and at the most inconvenient times. When small conflicts are poorly managed, it can lead to conflict tsunamis that surprise even the most skilled facilitator. But you will not get swept away or washed up if you have better tools at the ready. You will:
• Understand what conflict is and the prosocial value of conflicts for groups.
• Learn how thinking styles• yours and others• can impact team and group dynamics.
• Apply CPS tools to conflict management.
• Facilitate and explore new activities, tools and techniques• including the best tools for analyzing conflicts.
• Discover how to use underlying neuroscience principles to change negative dynamics.
• Create your own specialized kit.
