Entrepreneurs drive change and build the global economy. They help solve the complex problems facing our world today, generate new and exciting products and services, and impact our lives on multiple levels. With so much on the line, what is the secret to entrepreneurial success? It is creativity, dedication, resilience, a commitment to personal and professional improvement and a solid understanding of the business of doing business. Individuals who commit to going beyond subject-matter expertise and stepping into business mastery will lead the pack in achieving their goals. This intensive program is designed to grow the knowledge and skillset for entrepreneurs who want to take their businesses to the next level. You will:
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of your business, and create a roadmap for the future.
• Explore how mission, vision and values shape your business.
• Articulate brand, unique value proposition, target market and marketing strategies in a clear, compelling manner.
• Expand your understanding of the number story and the key role it plays in business decision making.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop a plan for how to best capitalize on assets and take advantage of opportunities.
• Discover how to integrate better customer service and talent management practices into your business.
In addition, you will create a short presentation to share with a group that can serve as the basis for a business plan. Note: This program will require some pre-work. You will be asked to gather information about your business to use in the program. Laptops are encouraged.
